Maidsplus is committed to your satisfaction. We will hard to understand your specific needs
and incorporate those in your ‘home profile’. We will make mistakes and we will
miss things but it is our commitment to you and shared by all of our service providers that we
will work to make sure you are satisfied. If you are unhappy with the quality of cleaning or
significant areas have been missed please call us so we can solve the problem. If small things
are regularly missed please bring it to our attention so we can solve the problem.
On occasion we will use a Super Sleuth Mystery Checklist where we will visit your home after the
cleaning to make sure the service providers are living up to the standard of care we have
established and your own ‘home profile’.
Your Absolute Satisfaction is our goal!
Your protection is also important and we will secure your keys in our office in a manner that will
not identify the address. Your alarm codes will be safeguarded as well. Our in house service
providers are police checked prior to employment and bonded and insured. We also are diligent in
protecting the safety of our service providers and we reserve the right not to conduct business in
an environment where the safety or well being of our employees is in anyway endangered.
Our service providers are well trained and we need them. If a Customer wants to hire a Maidsplus
service provider directly it is a real complement and they are welcome to but there is a cost to
the Customer of $2,000. for this right, to compensate Maidsplus for hiring and training new service
providers. If this occurs the Customer agrees to allow a $2,000. charge on to their credit card.
Your Privacy is important and we will keep all of your personal information locked in our office.
We will not give out any of your personal information to any other company except for those service
